Missed Delivery
If a parcel is failed to be delivered within the time-frame, our customer service team will:
- Notify the customer of the issues:(incorrect address, unavailable recipient, etc.)
- Place the parcel in the discrepancy bay for resolution.
- Attempt to obtain an alternative address
Discrepancy Bay Procedure
Parcels in the Discrepancy Bay will trigger:
- Email notification to the client regarding non-delivery.
- Drivers will attempt contact using provided address and cellphone number.
- Verification of parcel dimensions for identification.
For efficient delivery, ensure:
- Accurate sender’s address.
- Correct postal code for scanner distributon.
- Clear parcel markings and dimensions.
